DAR award is
announced
Miss Susan Latham of Amissville has been named the DAR Good Citizen from Rappahannock County High School for 1974, This award is given a senior girl who has been outstanding in leadership, dependability, service and patriotism.
The entire senior class votes on potential candidates for this award. Then the school faculty considers the top three chosen before making a final selection of one. The award is made by the Culpeper Minuteman Chapter of the DAR. A certificate and pin will be presented to her in the near future.
Miss Latham, the daughter of Mrs. Sarah Latham, is editor of the school year book, “The Rappsody,” is a member of the National Honor Societj^-and a varsity cheerleader.□
