SKIING is available at group rates through the V.P.I. Extension Service and the Rappahannock Ski Area, and the Rappahannock 4-H Ski Club is now forming.
The Club is open to all interested youths from 13 up. Young adults and parents are encouraged to join in the winter fun, toa.
There will , be six consecutive sessions starting January 14. The time will be approximately 5 p.m. The four hour session will include two hours of instruction and two hours of “fun on the slopes.”
The lessons will be held on Monday, January 14 and Thursday January 17 and two following Mondays, January 21 and January 24, and Thursday January 28 and January 31, weather permitting.
