Staub, husband and wife, dated 17th day of May, 1972, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 103, page 325, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness therein secured, and at the request of the holders of the said indebtedness, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction on - FRIDAY, JANUARY 25, 1974 AT 11:00 A.M., AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE IN WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA - That certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being on the southwest side of State Secondary Route #707, Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described as follows: All that certain tract of land containing between eight (8) and ten (10) acres and assessed on the land books of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as 8.50 acres, in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining State Secondary Route #707 and the lands of Ethel G. Ramey, Charles William Racer, and others. The tract or parcel of land herein described is the same land which was conveyed to James R. Staub and Patricia B. Staub, husband and wife, by deed from Mamie D. Pullen, widow, dated May 17* 1972, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 103, page 323.
