James Starks

A graveside funeral service for James Starks, 80, of Woodville was held December 29 at the Starks family cemetery near Five Forks, Woodville with the Rev. Robert Ausberry officiating.

A native of Rappahannock County, Mr. Starks died Christmas Day at the Culpeper Memorial, Hospital.

He is survived by three sons; Frank Starks of Woodville and Lawrence and Edward Starks of Washington, Va.; one daughter, Mrs. Anna Bell Timbers of Woodville; a stepson, Jack Freeman of Washington, D.C.; and a step-daughter, Mrs. Edna Loadholt of New York City. His wife was the late Mary Freeman Starks.G
