The thirteenth annual Culpeper Art Fair will be Saturday and Sunday, September 21 and 22. Sponsored by the Culpeper Art Group, the fair will benefit the Culpeper Town and County Library.

Classes for adult artists include oils, watercolors, pastels, drawings, prints, mixed media and collage. For junior artists, entries will be divided by themes—animal kingdom, fantasy and everyday living. Within each theme division, entries may be in any media and will be judged in two groups, preschool through sixth grade and seventh through twelfth grade.

There will be special classes for adults in fantasy, batik, Chinese Year of the Tiger and churches in Virginia.

First, second and third place ribbons will be presented to adults and juniors in all classes. Guest artists and craftsmen will have special exhibits. Twenty per cent of sales will be given to the library fund.
