JIM WHITE from the Rappahannock-Rapidan District Planning Commission said that Phil Irwin had indicated he wanted to give an open space easement on 39.704 acres near Flint Hill.
“This doesn’t require a decision by the Planning Commission, but we wanted to find out if this is acceptable and consistent with local planning,” White said. The Planners nodded that it was.
If Irwin’s open space easement is accepted by the Virginia Outdoors Foundation, it will prohibit any future .development on the property. □
