SHENANDOAH Valley Research Station is the location for a Fall Beef and Sheep Field Day sponsored by VPI Extension Service and the Animal Science Department.
The program is scheduled for Thursday,November 7, at Steeles Tavern, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. This is a follow-up program to one held last Fall which was “overwhelmingly received.” The program has special information and emphasis on the work with crossbreeding of British breeds and the exotics, winter grazing results and managements research to reduce labor and increase profit.
