daughter, Mrs. Wayne Smoot and Mr. Smoot, of Washington, Va. to Charlottesville Sunday to see the Smoots’ infant son, Todd Allen, who is in the hospital. Mrs. Thomas Leake and children visited Mr. and Mrs. Woodson Leake in Sperryville Friday. Mrs. Evelyn Hickerson had as Monday luncheon guests Mrs. Welty Willis, Mrs. Odessa Campbell and Peggy, Mrs. Patsy Williams and Jimmy and Mrs. Marrley Wines and son, Matthew.
Mrs. Marie Williams entered Warren Memorial Hospital February 25 and Mrs. Bennie Atkins entered the same hospital Monday, the 3rd, for tests. Sam North continues in Warren Memorial.
Franklin and George Cain took H.P. Cheney to Martinsburg, W. Va. Monday night where Cheney was admitted to the Veterans Administration Hospital.
The Billy Graham film “Gospel Road” starring Johnny Cash will be shown Sunday evening March 9, at 7 o’clock in the Chester Gap Baptist Mission. All are invited.□
