A TOTAL of 207 elementary school students got their book reviews to the Rappahannock County Library before the March 1 deadline for entries in the 1975 book review contests, reports Caroline Daub, assistant librarian.

“Of the 320 fifth, sixth and seventh graders to whom the elementary school book review contests are open,’’ added Mrs. Daub, “that means that just about twothirds are entered. That’s a high percentage from any point of view, and we are delighted.’’

Camille Prescott, a seventh ,grade English teacher, observed: “My class wasn’t so turned on about the contest until they went to the library and found the variety of good new books on subjects they find interesting that were there for them to choose from, then they took to the whole idea!’’
