A VIRGINIA Highway Department vehicle skidded on ice near Panorama Friday morning and struck a motorist from Oklahoma. Involved was Douglas Bywaters of Flint Hill driving the truck and Douglas Brown of Norman, Okla. in a 1970 Buick.
No damage resulted and no charges were made according to Trooper J.A. Watson who investigated.
