THE house tour sponsored by the Rappahannock Historic Society on October 18 and 19, according to attendance, was most sucessful and from observation, was judged to have been enjoyed by the 350 so attending.
The quaint log cabins which were open depicted the early culture and hostesses in costume emphazised the era. The home of Capt. and Mrs. George Sharp and that of the Waldron O’Connors contrasted sharply; the very old and the very new.
