Rappahannock runners places 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16 and 18. Clifton Jenkins, Donnell Carter, Allen Smoot, Donald Compton and Kevin Raney held the first five of these.
On October 20 the Panthers met with Clark County High and we won that meet with a 20-42 score. Allen Smoot placed 2nd, Kevin Raney 3rd, Clifton Jenkins 4th, Donnell Carter 5th, Donald Compton 6, Tom Metzinger 7, Wayne Woodard 9 and Ricky Wayland 10.
Take special note that the Skyline District meet will be held Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Rappahannock's Blue Rock Farm track, come out and support our super Panthers. Support means a lot!

The October 23rd meeting with Rappahannock and Madison vying, the Panther cross country runners took the meet with 20 points as opposed to Madison’s 40. The S. C. A. held an assembly Thursday to launch the magazine sale campaign. An amusing skit got the campaign off to an enthusiastic start. We’re hoping for a really successful conclusion. The Industrial Arts Department still has one red storage barn for sale. If you’re interested, please contact the high school. Parents don’t forget there will be a PTA meeting coming up the
