Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Jenkins and sons James and John of Woodville were named the outstanding farmer in Rappahannock at the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District dinner meeting held last Wednesday at Graves Lodge. H. S. Barksdale, center, presented the award to the family. Except for his military service Mr. Jenkins has spent his entire life on the farm in F. T. Valley. He has a most successful orchard operation and derives all of his income from the farm.
