The Warrenton-Fauquier Jaycees Sixth Annual Country Gentlemen Bluegrass Festival will be held June 18, 19 and 20 at Lake Whippoorwill outside of Warrenton. Described by the Jaycees as “one of the best line-ups in the summer bluegrass circuit,” the festival features only professional groups, including the Country Gentlemen, Seldom Scene, Red, White & Blue (Grass), New Grass Union and others.
Money raised through the Bluegrass Festival and the Country Music Contest in August help to fund Jaycee projects.
