Two traffic accidents resulted in charges of driving while intoxicated on June 9 for David Litchford of Baltimore and for John Beasley of Culpeper.

According to Trooper J.A. Watson about 9:30 p.m. on Route 211 west of Sperryville David Litchford struck a 68 Ford owned by Mrs. Elizabeth Thompsen of Sperryville. Her Ford was parked in front of her home, Cab Inn. Litchford was also cited for reckless driving. *

On Route 522 south of Scrabble, John Beasley in a 64 Ford went off the road and struck a 1970 Ford owned by Isaac Gene Menefee, which was parked in his driveway.
