Raymond Johnson, chairman of the Rappahannock Lions Club eye glasses and hearing aid collections, and Capt. L. B. Stuart, past chairman, check the collection barrel located in the Flint Hill branch of Farmers and Merchants National Bank. To date 60 pair of glasses have been collected and will be sent to Eyes for the Needy in Short Hills, N. J. who distribute them. There is also a collection barrel in the Rappahannock National Bank lobby at Washington. Mr. Johnson said, now that it is spring cleaning time you may come across glasses or hearing aids which are no longer used. Please drop them in one of the collection barrels.
