(c) A muzzle-loading gun for the purpose of this regulation means a single shot flint lock or side lock percussion weapon, forty-five caliber or larger, firing a single projectile loaded from the muzzle of the weapon and propelled by at least fifty grains of black powder. If telescopic sights are used, such weapon shall not be deemed to be a muzzleloading gun.
R6-5.1.
