All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on State Secondary Route #642 and described according to a survey by George E. Foard, Surveyor, dated July 1, 1971, and recorded in Deed Book 101, page 238, of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as follows, to-wit:
