Mrs. Mary Lea spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill, Jr. at Smith Mountain Lake.
Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Bridges have as their house guest Joe McMenamin of Dublin, Ireland. Friday evening the Bridges had a dinner party in honor of Mr. McMenamin. Mr. and Mrs. Bridges along with their sonin-law and d aughter, Mr. and Mrs. Price Wood of London, England entertained friends from the Richmond and Charlottesville areas with a picnic Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. L. V. Merrill accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Albert Forrest of Arlington to Middletown Sunday where they dined at the Wayside Inn.
Mrs. Shirley Penaranda of Fairfax spent Monday and Tuesday with her father, Stant Weaver.
