Assisting in this Law Day ceremony is Mrs. John Cussen (right), regent of the Fort Loudoun Chapter, DAR, and music teacher at Wakefield School. The presentation is an annual DAR project. The flag presented is one that was flown over the United States Capitol on March 10, 1977, and was secured by Rep. J. Kenneth Robinson. In the background is the Wakefield school Chorus.
