The object of this suit is to quiet the title of Levi Atkins, Complainant, in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain parcel of real estate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on northwest side of State Secondary Route 648, containing 3.4271 acres, said land alleged to have been obtained by the Complainant's and his predecessors in title by adverse possession for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) years, pursuant to Title 58, Section 1055 Of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the-subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown and making them parties unknown by the general description of ''PARTIES UNKNOWN.''
