Surviving are a son, Fairleigh D. Powell, Front Royal, two brothers, Calvin Kendall of Front Royal and Charles Kendall of Lemoore, California; two sisters, Lena Robinson of Front Royal and Clara Loeffler of Raven wood, Missouri.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Maddox Funeral Home with the Reverend James W. Johnson and the Rev. Irving Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Bennetts Chapel Cemetery.
