CHARLES BROWNING SWAIM of Flint Hill, salutatorian of the 1977 graduating class at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, received the academy’s Mathematics Medal indicating outstanding achievement in that study area. Swaim, the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Swaim, receives the award from Peter Morasca during commencement. He was also the recipient of the Bausch and Lomb Science award presented during class night.
