The final date to request a new farm wheat allotment for the 1978 crop year is July 1, 1977. Applicants must make their request by this date and meet the eligibility requirements.
The operator, or each partner if farm is operated as a partnership, must expect to obtain more than 50 per cent of his current year income from farming. Neither the farm owner or operator shall own, have any ownership interest in or operate another farm in the United States with a current year wheat allotment.
