Alencon lace and seed pearls adorned the bodice, yoke, and sleeves and accented the empire waist. The skirt flowed into a chapel train edged with Alencon lace scattered with seed pearls. Her fingertip mantilla was of ivory reembroidered Alencon lace. She carried a cascade of ivory gardenias, baby’s breath and ivy.
Mrs. Faye Moore was matron of honor. She wore a floor-length gown of lavender print chiffon designed with an empire bodice and halter neckline. A sheer cape in the same floral print draped the gown. She wore a pink picture hat with lavender satin streamers and carried a nosegay of lavender and pink daisies, baby’s breath with matching streamers.
Kip Ritenour was best man and ushers were Bob Shipe and Jerry Spiker.
The bride’s mother wore a green street-length dress with white accessories and a corsage of yellow carnations. The bridegroom’s mother was attired in a navy blue and white long-sleeve dress
