The 37th Annual Series of Sunset Vespers at the Luray Singing Tower will be held for five weeks each Sunday during July, beginning July 3. The program will begin at 8:00 p.m., with a carillon recital by guest carillonneur David Breneman of Harrisonburg.
It will be followed at 8:30 p.m., by services led by the Reverend Jennings W. Hobson, Sri, of Christ Episcopal Church, Luray, and guest speaker K. Larry Kibler, also of Luray and Winchester. Mr. Kibler is an outstanding young leader of youth groups in his schools, church, and communities. He is a native of Page County and attended school in Luray.
Special music will be provided by the Front Royal Male Chorus under the direction of George B. Seely.
In case of rain, services will be held at the Luray Methodist Church after the carillon recital. r
