The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob L. Williams of Front Royal, formerly of Huntly, and the bridegroom is the son of Captain and Mrs. Ira R. Cullers of Front Royal.
The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Jerry W. Young before an altar floral arrangement of yellow and white gladioli and pompons. Organist was Mrs. Betty Baggarly and soloist was Miss April Stinson, accompanied by Mrs. Pat Nicholson.
