The Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) took the last step in the maze of paper work surrounding Sperryville’s long awaited sewer system and granted a use permit to the county Water and Sewer Authority (WSA) to operate an approved sewer collection and treatment facility in a flood plain.
