WHEREAS, it hath pleased our Heavenly Father to remove from our midst Lucio J. Kilby, and
WHEREAS, Lucio J. Kilby has been a Director of The Rappahannock National Bank and served faithfully for over twenty years and,
WHEREAS, we miss his loyalty and especially his friendship,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we express our deep feeling of loss by spreading a copy of this resolution upon our minutes, by sending a copy to the Family of Lucio J. Kilby and by having a copy published in the Rappahannock News.
