Payne
Luella Payne of Fairfax died Wednesday, April 26, 1978 at Commonwealth Doctors Hospital in Fairfax. She was 90.
Services were conducted Saturday from the Fairfax Baptist Temple by the Rev. Bud Calvert, with burial in Washington Masonic Cemetery, Washington, Va.
Born April 13, 1888, in Washington, Va., Mrs Payne was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Huff Fincham. Her husband. Lewis Payne, predeceased her.
Survivors include a daughter. Ora P. Layman of Fairfax; one sister, Virgie Pullen of Front Royal; one grandchild; and five greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services for Elder Andrew Taylor Flurry, 72, of Detroit, Mich., were held Monday, April 24, at True Vine Primitive Baptist Church in Detroit, Elder Edward L. Gray conducting.
