Besides these loans, Mashburn explained, other monetary support is being enacted by the legislature which passed a bill allowing localities the option of a personal property tax exemption for investments in solar heating systems.
As solar energy research continues, it seems likely that monetary incentives will increase, so the future for solar heating appears promising.
