Tuition and fees must be paid when registering. To be eligible for in-state tuition, a person is required to have been domiciled in Virginia for a period of at least one year, immediately prior to the quarter for which enrolling. The college may require the students to complete an application to determine eligibility. In-state tuition is $100.00 per quarter for fulltime students taking 12 or more credits, and $8.50 per credit hour for part-time students

Out-of-state student tuition is $335.00 per quarter full-time and $28.00 per credit hour part-time.

Virginia Senior Citizens, residents 60 years of age and older, may enroll in courses for academic credit, full or part-time, and pay no tuition if their taxable Federal income for the year preceding enrollment did not exceed $5,000.

Senior Citizens may audit credit courses or enroll in non-credit courses—up to three courses during any one quarter—without paying regular fees.

Senior citizens will not be required to pay the $5.00 application fee, but will need to fill out an application for admissions form. Senior citizens will be accepted in a course after all full and part
