The RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board Mental Retardation Services has completed eight weeks of summer camps for handicapped children in the area. A two-week camp in each county was held for the residents of Fauquier. Orange, Madison. and Culpeper with children from Rappahannock County included with the Culpeper Campers.
