Mr. Payne asserts that he has assisted many private developers in their planning and designing efforts and that he has frequently been called upon as an expert witness. In the interest of a tight schedule, he will appear at the RLEP meeting promptly at 7:30 PM and those who wish to hear his presentation should plan to arrive on time.
The remainder of the meeting will be devoted to a discussion of planning views with local participation and to the ' Annual Meeting reports as well as the election of officers for the coming term.
