Virginia motorists might have problems with their decal or driver’s license renewals if the threatened postal strike occurs, DMV Commissioner Vern L. Hill warns.
“We mailed license plate and driver’s license renewal notices for September in July—a month early,” Hill said. “So those people should have no problem as long as they did not put the notice away and forget it.”
