Services were conducted Dec. 5 at Calvary Episcopal Church by the Rev. Thomas Clay. Interment was at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Pallbearers were S. Byrne Downing Jr., William R. Matthews Jr., Frank Rees, Henry Downing, James V. DeBergh, J. N. Major Jr., Jack Kinzer and Norman Weisman.
