Persons interested in forming a group to discuss weight control measures with weight reduction as a goal are invited to attend an initial meeting at the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic office on Gay Street in Washington.
As interest has been expressed for both day and evening meetings, two groups will be formed if a sufficient number of people register.
The first day meeting will be Monday, December 11th at 3:30 p.m. This group will be lead by Director Janies McGarvey and Extension Agent Nancy Secrist.
The first evening meeting will be Tuesday. December 12 at 7 p.m. Leading this group will be Director McGarvey and Mental Health Nurse Peggy Whitehouse.
