Marilyn Bailey, landowner across the street from the mill property, asked if the planners had any assurance as to whether Kramer would put a “night-type of business” in the restored mill.
Miller answered that the property could be used by right for any use listed in the zoning ordinance, once the land is rezoned. Uses permitted by right in commercial (B-2) districts include restaurants, inns, motels.
