Ed Bailey is completing the concrete and masonry work at cost with no profit and Bill Magee of Amissville installed the septic system on a bid basis, “then turned around and gave us about a day and a halfs free labor," reports Hobson.
Charlie Manson did the complete site plan and elevation chart, and Wallace Critzer is contributing work towards building the road. A contractor was hired to finish the concrete work, and another was employed to put the doors on the building.
