Also at this meeting the results of the voting on the consolidation of Northern Piedmont’s operations with Virginia Electric Cooperative will be announced. Members are voting on the issue by proxy to be returned to the cooperative before Aug. 14.
Candidates for the board of directors for 1979-82 are incumbents William M. Alpin, Region I, Thomas Rosenberger, Region II. and Theodore C. Barron, Region III.
