Kathleen Dodson were Mr. and Mrs. John Black, Mr. and Mrs. John Black Jr., Candy Sue and Johnny, Mrs. Dorothy Napfel, Edie and Chucky, Mrs. Donna Adams and Danny, all of Baltimore, Md. They spent last Wednesday at King's Dominion.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and Fred were dinner guests Friday evening of Mrs. Lucille Payne in Madison. Sunday they were accompanied by Mrs. B. M. Varner to the National Folk Festival at Wolf Trap.

Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wayland and Becky of Portsmouth were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wayland. Becky remained for a longer visit with her grandparents.

Dr. and Mrs. Larry Kushner of Gaithersburg, Md., were weekend guests of Mrs. Catherine Wayland.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Baldwin Jr. and Ritchie have moved to Hurst, Texas.

Sunday afternoon guests of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins were Mrs. Charles Lipphard, Melanie and Leslie of Oxon Hill, Md., Mrs. Lois Frazier and Miss Frances Leake of Warrenton.

Heather Aylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor, celebrated her fifth birthday Saturday with family and friends. Guests for a cookout Saturday evening were Mrs. Robert Nethers of Flint Hill, Karen Corder and Lisa Alther of Front Royal.

The Administrative Board of the Methodist Church met Wednesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wayland. Present were the Rev. Peter Weems, Mrs. Ranny Aylor, Mrs. Lee Swindler, Mrs. Catherine Brown, Mrs. Nina Brown, Mrs. Randolph Devers, Mrs. Virginia Lewis, Hugh Chrisman and Julian Brown.

Mrs. Dick Clatterbuck entered Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville. Mrs. George Hottel is a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne were guests last Thursday at a family luncheon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. O. Lyne in Orange, Mr. and Mrs. David Lyne of Warrenton spent Sunday with the W. H. Lynes and their daughter. Heather returned home with them after a week with her grandparents.

Mrs. Ruby Dwyer was a recent overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Shade in Falls Church. Mrs. Shade is visiting her sister this week.
