DeMent’s building permit was revoked by the BZA in June, 1977, after he allegedly failed to follow stipulations in the accompanying special use permit. Th^ revocation was subsequently upheld by Circuit Court Judge Rayner V. Snead in August, 14/8. in a letter dated May 15, 1979, the BZA notified DeMent ' that the addition to his antique building was an “unlawful structure” and must therefore be modified to meet requirements set forth in the original special use permit.
