Pasture Party
The Barbours vi lie Volunteer Fire Co. and its Ladies' Auxiliary will co-host their third annual Pasture Party on Saturday and Sunday, August 25-26, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Site for the event is the Bill Roberts’ farm on Rt. 231, Somerset, 1 Vi miles east of Route 20, Orange County.
This year’s event will include barbecue chicken dinner and other refreshments, country bands, flea market, bake sale, fish pond, pony rides, antique cars, stock cars, hay rides, as well as exhibits of antique gas and steam farm equipment. Admission is free.
Local crafters or organizations desiring to participate in the flea market may make reservations by calling Mrs. Mundy at 703832-5151. Space is available for $5 per day.
