Mrs. Bessie Grigsby of Sperryville has announced the engagement of her daughter, Angela Dawne, to Clarence C. Carter Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence C. Carter Sr., of Front Royal.
Miss Grigsby is a 1978 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. She attended Lord Fairfax Community College and plans to enter Virginia Commonwealth University this fall.
Mr. Carter attended Warren County Public Schools and is employed with J. & T. Contractors in Front Royal.
Class Reunion
The Rappahannock High School class of 1959 will have its 20th class reunion Saturday, Aug. 18, at 2 p.m. at the Rappahannock Recreation Center near Washington. In case of rain it will be held at the Flint Hill fire house.
Members of the class and their families are invited to attend and bring a picnic lunch.
