Discussion

A lecture-discussion group on nutrition information will be offered at the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic led by Sally Armentrout. There will be three, hour and a half sessions dealing with proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins.

The sessions are scheduled for Wednesday evenings, Sept. 12, 19 and 26 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Community Mental Health Clinic in Washington. Refreshments will be provided and children are welcome. For more information call the clinic at 675-3329. The discussion group is sponsored by Sally Armentrout, clinic nurse; Rae Haase, proprietor of Nature’s Foods; and Nancy Secrist, VP1 home agent.
