Mrs. A. M. Verner was released from Warren Memorial Hospital last Thursday. Mrs. Raymond Jenkins of Suffolk arrived Tuesday to spend a few days with her mother, Mrs. Verner, and sisters. Miss Phyliss Verner and Mrs. Mary Updike.
Mr. and Mrs. Stephen B. Vaughan, Bradford and Jack of West Simsbury, Conn, were Saturday overnight guests of her father, C. Jack Miller, and left Sunday for Lexington where Bradford is enrolled at Washington Lee University. Mrs. W. C. Campbell of Newport News arrived Monday to spend a few days with Mr. Miller.
Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley returned home Monday after spending several days camping at Matthews Arm on Skyline Drive.
