Seventh District Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson wrote Governor John Dalton on Friday to express his “desire to assist in any way possible toward expedited consideration of a disaster designation at the federal level” if the Governor decides this is warranted by circumstances caused by flash flood damage in Rappahannock and adjacent counties.
