The Amissville 4-H Club will meet Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 4 to 6 p.m at the home of Elsie Gheen in Amissville. Anyone age 9 to 19 is invited to attend and participate. For further information call 937-5267.
Visiting Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Latham during the holiday weekend were Shelly and Kristy Armentrout of Reston, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Armentrout who accompanied them home.
C. M. Green left recently for Williamsburg where is he is enrolled in the College of William and Mary. He was accompanied by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Green. Labor Day visitors of the Greens were James Edwin Green and Mrs. D. D. Miller, Jr. of Fairfax.
Visiting Kings Dominion near Richmond during the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Pierson, Jeanine, Phoebe and Dwayne and Robin Bowers. They saw Johnny Cash who is a personal friend.
Roger Kendall and a friend of Arlington were guests during the weekend of L. H. Luttrell and Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis.
Spending last week with Candy Todd at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. G. E. Doyle and Mr. Doyle was Dana Rogers of Silver Spring, Md. Wednesday, accompanied by Shannon
