The Governor has stated that the Federal Government ha^ mandated that all cars have to meet the following standards. 19 miles per gallon on the 1979’s, 20 miles per gallon on the 1980's, 22 miles per gallon on the 1981’s and by 1985, 27Vi miles per gallon. So his calculation by 1985 is that we will be traveling about the same number of miles on one-third less gas.
