Mishaps
Two traffic incidents were reported this week, one on Route 707 west on January 21. Involved in the collision were Daniel Stuart Wright of Culpeper operating a 73 Ford pickup and Lys Gylys of Sperryville in a 79 Mercury.
According to Trooper R. A. Baines, the vehicles met on a sharp curve and collided. Damage was estimated at S3S0 to the truck and at $500 to the car.«
The following day near Laurel Mills on Route 618 Lawrence Zirn of Castleton operating a 74 Ford station wagon struck a deer. Trooper Baines reported damage to the car at $450.
